Led by Leslie Parker, who began her career in insurance at just 19 working in her father’s agency, the firm brings over 40 years of hands-on experience to every policy it writes. Leslie’s background is not just rooted in insurance—it’s shaped by a lifetime of service, leadership, and care, including time spent as Director of Admissions at a children’s school, where her passion for helping families took center stage.

Her involvement includes leadership and volunteer roles with the Chamber of Commerce, Joy to Life Walk, Air and Space Forces Association, and a meaningful partnership with Brantwood Foster Home. These connections reflect the values that drive her agency: service, compassion, and dedication to protecting what matters most.
Outside of work, Leslie finds joy in traveling and spending quality time with her grandchildren—experiences that remind her of the importance of protecting life’s most meaningful moments.
